Meeting Point, not a scavenger hunt
After baggage you go to the agreed Meeting Point. The driver waits with your name or flight number. That beats wandering between car parks and pickup lanes that change per app.
Delayed flights
Give your flight number when you call. If landing is late, pickup moves with it. You do not pay an extra waiting story we never promised. The fare stays the amount we named.
Night arrivals
Schiphol lands around the clock. A taxi from Schiphol at night is the same deal: fixed fare, call or WhatsApp. No weekend sticker until real fares are published. Until then you hear the amount by voice.
Not the official rank
Licensed rank taxis stand in front of Schiphol Plaza. Follow the taxi signs there if you get in without a booking. A pre-booked ride with us is a different meeting: the Meeting Point we named, not the meter queue at Plaza.
To a hotel or home
Name the hotel, or street and number. Centre, Zuid, Zuidas, Haarlem or further: the ride stays private. We are not a shared shuttle. Everyone in the car belongs to your booking.
If you cannot see us
Call or WhatsApp the number from the confirmation. Stay at the agreed board. Do not follow someone offering rides in the hall. Schiphol itself points you to the official rank or to your own booking.
