Give street, number and pickup time. We count back from your flight, including check-in and the terminal you name. Luggage travels in the same ride. You hear the exact fare on the phone.
Fixed before departure
The fare for a taxi to Schiphol is agreed before we drive. Traffic on the A4 does not change it. That is unlike Uber and Bolt, where price moves with demand, and unlike a rank meter.
When to call
Call or message the evening before, especially for a flight before six. Last minute is possible: then name the terminal and bag time at once. We say honestly whether we can make it.
Terminal and drop-off
Schiphol has departure halls 1, 2 and 3. Name the hall or the airline. We drop you at Departures, not at a random car park. An early KLM flight needs more slack than a midday European hop.
Family, bags, stroller
Say how many bags and whether a stroller or extra seat comes too. Then the right vehicle arrives. Better to settle the boot on the phone than on the pavement.
